What a stunning property! The vibe is ultra-luxe, and the amenities are fab—the piano player was a delightful surprise!
But honestly, the $500 cleaning fee had my jaw on the floor! Someone should have vacuumed, not called a SWAT team!

The ambiance is stunning, enhanced by beautiful gardens and attentive staff, especially in the restaurant where the piano player's performance was a highlight. However, one drip coffee per person felt insufficient, and other charges felt excessive. The convenience of the bar made it easy to unwind, but I wish complimentary coffee was standard rather than a charge.

Amazing staff and beautiful decor
I had a wonderful stay in a King Superior room for 2 nights. The hotel has stunning decor and was immaculate. What stood out the most was the friendly and attentive staff who made my experience truly special. The only downside was that I wished there was a bit more variety in room service options.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Chateau Grande. The beautiful grounds left a lasting impression, and the friendly staff made my arrival smooth with an unexpected early check-in. While valet service could be improved, overall, my experience felt warm and welcoming, showcasing a lovely blend of elegance and comfort.

The dining scene was a delightful surprise! The salads were fresh and zesty, perfect for my foodie soul. Plus, the staff was super friendly and even gave us an early check-in after a long flight. Free parking was a cherry on top!
The service felt a bit sparse. we noticed valet was non-existent and check-out was more chaos than calm. It’s a gorgeous place, but a little TLC with the service would turn it from nice to unforgettable.

A cozy stay with lovely decor and yummy food. The cherry on top was the mind-blowing lobster rolls at our wedding!
Felt fine, nothing too much trouble.

The grounds? Absolutely gorgeous! Our deluxe room offered plenty of space for our family, and the overall vibe was lovely.
However, the toilet was more of a balance beam act than a seat—talk about a surprise workout!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and willing to help. After a grueling 14 hour flight they arranged for an early check-in which was a game changer for us.
It wasn't inexpensive but worth the experience.
